Jeff’s leadership skills shone through as he served as class president and captained both the football and basketball teams. In 1987, he played a pivotal role in Zionsville’s state championship team, showcasing his versatility as both an offensive and defensive player.

After graduating from Zionsville High School, Jeff pursued a major in Economics at Indiana University Bloomington. During his time there, he not only embraced the social scene but also achieved academic excellence, becoming a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. Jeff’s thirst for knowledge led him to pursue an MBA in business at Miami of Ohio, further enhancing his skills and expertise.
Jeff’s career was marked by passion and dedication. He worked for his father’s company, Trey Corrugated, before venturing into the startup world with Performance Corrugated in Boston. Eventually, Jeff, his father, and his brother founded Schwarz Partners in Indiana, which grew into a thriving enterprise. Despite his success, Jeff always attributed it to his team and fostered a fun and supportive work environment.
